Bambang Eko menempuh pendidikan di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Airlangga Surabaya, dan melanjutkan studinya di Magister Hukum dan Magister Kenotariatan di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya. Pada tahun 2018 Bambang Eko memperoleh gelar Doktor di Bidang Hukum dari Universitas Brawijaya. Dengan pengalaman profesional dan akademik yang mendalam, Bambang Eko memfokuskan dirinya pada bidang Pertanahan, Kehutanan, Perkebunan, Good Corporate Governance, Hukum Perusahaan, Aset Perusahaan dan Aset Negara, dan bidang Ketenagakerjaan.
